3 Axle double fence Semi Trailer vehicle structure aspect
Reasonable structure: The semi-trailer body is usually made of high-quality steel, manufactured using advanced technology and strict production processes. The frame of a series of semi trailers is generally a through beam structure, with the longitudinal beam using a straight or goose neck type, the web plate height ranging from 400mm to 550mm welded with manganese plate, the longitudinal beam using automatic buried welding, and the semi trailer frame using shot blasting treatment. The transverse beam penetrates the longitudinal beam and is welded as a whole, making the overall structure of the vehicle reasonable and reliable in performance.
High rigidity and strength: The suspension of the 3-axle semi-trailer adopts a non independent steel plate stamping rigid suspension, consisting of a series of steel plate springs and suspension supports. This structure has strong rigidity and strength, which can well support the load and reduce the impact to ensure the stability and safety of the vehicle during driving.
