Issues that drivers of oil tankers should pay attention to during operation:

① Check the working condition of each instrument during the operation of the oil tanker truck;

② Check if the steering system of the oil tanker is working properly while driving;

③ The hand and foot brakes of the oil tanker truck are abnormal during operation;

④ Check the engine, chassis, and tank body of the oil tanker for any abnormal noise or odor during operation;

⑤ During parking time, perform the following inspections on the oil tanker: feel the front and rear brake drums for overheating, check the tightness of tires and nuts, remove impurities from tire patterns, check for oil, water, and gas leaks, inspect the condition of steel plate springs, check for loose transmission shaft bolts, and inspect the appearance of the oil tank body and the pipeline system of the oil tanker.
